We hope you had a wonderful weekend! We’re excited for another great week at Juniper. Thank you for your continued support as our students settle into their routines, build new friendships, and continue learning and growing. Here’s what’s happening at Juniper this week!
Arrival & Dismissal
Juniper Families, please help us keep arrival and dismissal safe and moving smoothly for everyone. We have noticed families parking or stopping along the curb and in areas that are not designated for student drop-off. This is creating significant traffic congestion and making it difficult for families, staff, and our neighbors to safely access the area. Please remember that stopping along the red curb, even with hazard lights on, is illegal, and the neighboring apartment parking lot is private property. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and do not park or wait in their parking lot. All students being driven to school should be dropped off in the designated Drop-Off Zone inside the school parking lot. Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the red zone during drop-off or pick-up. For everyone's safety, please use the designated crosswalk, which is supervised by a crossing guard. We also ask that families support and respect school staff as they assist with arrival and dismissal. Thank you for helping us keep Juniper safe, traffic moving, and our school community respectful of our neighbors.

EXPLORE After School Enrichment
Our Expanded Learning Classes are back! Is your student interested in joining one of our amazing EXPLORE After School Enrichment Programs? Student Interest Forms were sent home on August 24. To register your child, please complete the form and return it to their teacher or the front office. Spots are limited and fill quickly, so be sure to turn it in right away!
Registration Closes: September 2
Fall Session: September 14 to November 18

Fire Drill
We will have our first fire drill on September 4 at 9 am. During a fire drill, students practice leaving the building quickly and safely with their class. Teachers will explain the steps to students ahead of time so they know what to expect and do not feel scared. Fire drills help everyone be prepared in case of an emergency.

Jaguar Assembly
Get ready for our Jaguar Assembly on September 3rd at 8:00 AM! This month, students will be dancing to the Head, Shoulder, Knees and Toes and showing off their school spirit. Parents are invited to attend, cheer on the students, and join in the fun. It’s always a joyful way to celebrate our Jaguar community.

McTeacher's Night
Join us for McTeacher’s Night on September 3rd from 4–7 PM! Swing by McDonald’s on Felicita to see your favorite Juniper staff in action and support our awesome PTA and ASB!

Labor Day
School will be closed in observance of Labor Day on September 7th. We hope everyone enjoys the long weekend and takes time to relax with family and friends.
