Read Across America

Juniper School is celebrating its 27th Annual Read Across America Celebration from March 2nd - 6th! This special tradition honors beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss and encourages all adults to read to a child. Throughout the week, we’ll welcome guest readers from the community, including a local author, City Council Members, EPD Officers, EUSD Board Members, Administration, and Juniper Staff, who will visit classrooms to share their love of reading. We’re also adding some fun spirit days to the celebration. March is National Reading Month, so we encourage families to read with their children every night, even just 5 minutes a day can make a difference! Let’s make this a month full of stories, imagination, and a love for reading! We’re also adding some fun spirit days to the celebration.

Clothing Donation

Our school nurse is in need of extra clothing for students who may need a change of clothes during the day. We are especially looking for new underwear, shorts, and other bottoms for boys and girls in sizes appropriate for ages 3–7. If you are able to donate, please bring items to the nurse’s office. These donations will be used for students who have accidents or unexpected spills.

Lost and Found

Our lost and found is overflowing! If your child is missing something, please take a moment to check the table during drop-off or pick-up. As a reminder, labeling your child’s belongings with their name helps us return items quickly if they’re brought to the lost and found. We’ll soon be donating any unclaimed items, so please stop by to pick up your child’s things before they’re gone. Let’s work together to make sure everything makes its way back home!
