We hope you had a relaxing long weekend! Please take a moment to look through this week’s events. We’ll see you back at school on Feb. 17.
Presidents’ Day
In observance of Presidents’ Day, there will be no school on Feb. 13 and Feb. 16. We hope our students and families enjoy the extended break and take time to rest and recharge. Students will return to school on Tuesday Feb. 17.

Fire Drill
We will be having a scheduled fire drill on Feb. 18 at 8:30 am to help students and staff practice what to do in case of an emergency. This drill is an important part of keeping our school safe and making sure everyone knows how to evacuate calmly and quickly. Please remind your child to listen carefully and follow directions during the drill

Kindergarten Family Day
We’re excited to welcome families to join our Kinder students in Mrs. Roberts, Mrs. Bryant, and Mrs. Aere’s class for Family Day at Lunch on February 20 from 12:25 to 12:45. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to find parking and check in. As a reminder, we ask that you avoid bringing soda, red or blue chips, or energy drinks to help maintain a healthy environment for all students. A flyer with details was sent home last week.

February Attendance Challenge
Our February Attendance Challenge is underway and all students can still participate! Every Thursday in February, students who are present will receive a limited-edition Jaguar sticker. BONUS REWARD Students who are present every Thursday in February will earn a BIG exclusive sticker at the end of the challenge! Let’s show up, stay consistent, and make every day count this February!

Lost and Found
Our lost and found is overflowing! If your child is missing something, please take a moment to check the table during drop-off or pick-up. As a reminder, labeling your child’s belongings with their name helps us return items quickly if they’re brought to the lost and found. We’ll soon be donating any unclaimed items, so please stop by to pick up your child’s things before they’re gone. Let’s work together to make sure everything makes its way back home!

Clothing Donation
Our school nurse is in need of extra clothing for students who may need a change of clothes during the day. We are especially looking for new underwear, shorts, and other bottoms for boys and girls in sizes appropriate for ages 3–7. If you are able to donate, please bring items to the nurse’s office. These donations will be used for students who have accidents or unexpected spills.
