Family Day at Lunch - We’re excited to announce that Family Day at Lunch for our Kindergarten students will take place on February 12! Please note that Kindergarten students in Mrs. Aere’s class will have their Family Day on a different date. A flyer with parent guidelines and the exact time was sent home last week. We look forward to enjoying a wonderful lunch with you!
TK Valentines Program - Our TK students will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special program on February 13 from 8-10am. This event is for TK families only. Students are expected to remain at school after the program. Additionally, parking is limited, so we encourage families to plan ahead and use street parking. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to celebrating with you!
Presidents Day - Juniper School will be closed on February 14 and February 17 in observance of Presidents’ Day. Enjoy the long weekend with family and friends, and take this time to rest and recharge. Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 18.
Food Event Guidelines - This is a friendly reminder that food items are not permitted in the classroom for individual birthday celebrations at any EUSD school unless prior approval is given. For any food-related events on EUSD property, a Food Event Request (FER) form is required. Parents interested in submitting an FER should contact their child’s teacher. All food items must be approved by the Nutrition Services department, and the form must be completed at least two weeks before the event. Thank you for your support in keeping our school environment safe and healthy!
Valentine’s Day - Classrooms celebrating Valentine’s Day may bring Valentine cards to share with their classmates. However, candy or any other food items are not allowed. Instead, we encourage sharing a kind note or special message with classmates. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s teacher.
2025-2026 TK/Kindergarten Registration - Registration for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten is now open for the 2025-2026 school year! If you have a child who is eligible or know someone who does, please encourage them to complete the registration using the link below. Once the online registration is complete, required documents can be emailed to Juniperenrollment@eusd.org or dropped off at the school office.
