Dear Juniper 5th Grade Parents,
The promotion of our 5th graders is quickly approaching, so we would like to give you updated information about this upcoming event.

Promotion Guidelines:
Gates will open 30 minutes prior to the event at 8:30am, and close at the commencement time.
The parking lot has limited parking spots. Please give yourself plenty of time to park off campus and walk in.
Each family will need to bring their own chairs. Unfortunately we have a limited number of chairs available and want our guests to be comfortable.
The ceremony will take place outside. It is predicted to be cold and we suggest dressing warmly.
The playground and play structures will be closed for use during the entirety of the event. We ask all families to keep their younger children with them at all times while on campus as school is still in session. If possible, we ask for younger siblings to remain at home for this event.
Balloons will not be allowed on campus.
Family members must remain in their seats for the duration of the ceremony. No guests may stand or approach the 5th grade students during the entirety of the ceremony.
Siblings who are Juniper students cannot be taken out of their own class that day. They are enjoying their last day with their classmates.
We ask all 5th grade students to remain at school after the ceremony. The 5th grade teachers have planned a special luncheon and video presentation for the students. Dismissal for the last day is at 12:10pm.
We are excited to see everyone come together to celebrate the end of our students' elementary school experience as they transition to middle school.
